Alison moved to the valley in 1989, after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration. She worked in the ski industry for 18 years before taking some time off to raise her two boys – now students at WRHS.
Having been a volunteer for Mountain Humane for several years (she was a Pet Pal!) and truly believing in their No-Kill mission, she was thrilled to go to work for Mountain Humane in 2016.
Alison’s favorite things include playing Monopoly with her 4 cats, doing anything with her 2 kids, cooking, backpacking, snowboarding, traveling, attending Spot productions, Christmas morning and Elvis Costello.
There is no place she would rather live than this beautiful mountain community!
