Bailey was raised in Solvang, California a small town in Santa Barbara County. Walking dogs every day with her mother beginning in a stroller, and always having a furry friend to come home to, she grew up an animal lover. After taking a veterinary science class in high school, Bailey knew how rewarding it would be to have a career in the animal field.

Her boyfriend Jamison, introduced her to the Wood River Valley and all it had to offer in early 2020, and four months later in July, they made the move from California to Idaho. After a few months, they knew life would be better with an animal in the house, and shortly thereafter adopted a six month old cat named Boo that Bailey calls Miss Meow Meow. In her spare time, Bailey enjoys camping, fishing with Jamison, gardening, hiking, kayaking, playing tennis, skiing, and snowshoeing.

Bailey is thrilled to be working at Mountain Humane and is looking forward to all of the learning opportunities the facility has to offer.
