With his sleek, shiny black coat and expressive amber eyes, Turtle is as handsome as he is entertaining. This teenage pup is full of energy, curiosity, and always ready for his next adventure. He’s incredibly athletic and can go for long walks and hikes with ease — though, just like any teenager, he does have his quieter moments too!
Turtle has recently been spending time hanging out in the office outside the kennel, and he’s been doing great, especially with the help of longer-lasting treats like Kongs and chew toys. He also loves puzzles and benefits from mental stimulation, keeping that busy brain of his engaged and happy.
Being on the high-energy side, Turtle is a certified tug-of-war champion! He’s found a great buddy here at the shelter who matches his play style perfectly — the two can go for a long time before finally settling down together to relax and watch the happenings outside the kennel.
