Volunteer Opportunities
Becoming a Volunteer
The first step to becoming a volunteer is to apply. Click the "Register Here" button below. Once you create your account, our Volunteer Coordinator will reach out to you and invite you to our new volunteer orientation.
The minimum age to volunteer is 12. Those under 15 years must have a parent or guardian actively volunteering with them. Between 15 and 17 years, you can volunteer with just a signed parent waiver.

Dog Team
Dog walking, Play Group, VIP Class, Reactivity Class, events, Hikin' Buddies.
Cat Team
Cat socializing and enrichment, cat condo cleaning, Cat Cozy Club.
The Barkin' Thrift Store
Sort and price donations, help with the cash register, test electronics, pick up items, and provide customer service.
Development
Assist with special events, mailers, and flyers around town.
Medical
You don't need any previous medical experience, but if you have human or animal medical experience, that's great too!
Foster

Essential Shelter Help
Dishes and laundry, filling Kongs, cutting cheese and hot dogs, making pupsicles, sweeping, mopping, kennel cleaning, etc.
Other
Community service, medical, animal transport, and community outreach including; Pets for Life and Paws for Hunger.
