Cheryl Armstrong Fulton
Development and Administrative Manager
Cheryl has spent the vast majority of her career as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant working in software start-up companies and not-for-profits serving communities, families, and animals. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development/Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Since returning to Idaho 15 years ago, she served as Executive Assistant and Board Liaison at the Idaho Health Insurance Exchange and, after moving back to the Wood River Valley, as the Development and Administration Manager at Mountain Humane. Cheryl grew up in the Wood River Valley on a horse ranch south of Bellevue and recently moved back to the valley to spend quality time with her parents. Her grown children (a daughter and son) live in nearby Boise. She enjoys spending time hiking with her Mini-Aussie, paddle boarding, fly fishing, skiing, and snow shoeing.
