Judy Cowan

Judy is an Idaho native, growing up in Ada County and moving to Lincoln County about ten years ago. Judy is a previous business owner of two businesses and has also ran a ranch. She is an avid animal lover and currently has three dogs and two cats that she adores. She spends her free time enjoying Idaho’s backcountry, camping, fishing and observing the wildlife.
