Kelsey moved to Idaho from Hawaii where she lived for the past 13 years. Always knowing she wanted to work with animals since she was a child, this eventually landed her studying Animal Science at the University of Hawaii. After a brief change in career direction, she realized that making a difference in her community and helping animals is her passion and she cannot live without fulfilling that need.
She has two dogs, Louie and Nut. Although vastly different in size, they are best buds and can’t go anywhere without each other.
Kelsey, her husband, Chris, and the dogs enjoy hiking, fishing, camping, and just general lazing around at home in their spare time.
